It’s sort of a free form doodle pad that can accommodate all sorts of data, from screen clippings to text, to audio, annotations, revisions, doodles, and so on.

So there may be tens or even hundreds of million who use OneNote. While Microsoft OneNote isn’t nearly as popular as Word and Excel, it’s available as part of Microsoft Office, and supposedly over a billion people use Office.
